If you purchase an item in eBay, you can complete checkout without receiving an invoice if postage is correct.

Then you can print out either the order or receipt or both.

Do you mean a Tax Invoice for GST purposes.  If so, and the seller is GST registered and the invoice is more than $82.50 (including GST), you can request them to provide a tax invoice, which they must do within 28 days.  Note this only applies if they are a GST registered.
