Can't get onto Paypal site at all?

HELP - Is it possible paypal has tech probs today (ALL DAY?) I have not been able to access the Paypal site from any angle even with Google search.  Is it just me?

try clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser. That seems to fix most glitches.
