It will depend on the seller but in general they should agree. There's no point forcing a sale this way, besides, you'll remember
their generosity the next time you need an item they stock and possibly buy it from them.
Good luck

Approximately 90% of changes of mind seem to be due to kids/pets having access to a computer.
If your seller is a mug they might allow a mutual cancellation.
Looking at the transaction logically - your 5 year old has access to your password? You don't log out? You leave your computer running 24/7? Even when you're asleep?
Seriously.....

You can ask the seller if they will send a mutual cancellation.
They are not obliged too and might not believe the excuse as kids buying has been done to death and would rather open a non payer dispute.

That's a bit harsh dave, a lot of 5 year olds are much more tech savvy than their parents . . . . . . a lot of 5 year olds may be smarter than their parents!

thats true K1000.... in fact some 5yr olds even have more money than adults, so lets hope this particular 5yr old also has a c/card and a paypal account and really really can afford to buy what he's bidding on with mummy's ID.
pity ebay dont allow 5yr olds to have their own ebay accounts then their mummy's wouldnt need to shift any blame.
in fact I know a few cats and budgies who need their own ebay accounts too.

Wonder why the 5yo would want packing boxes or a tangle free hair brush??/
Might be for his mum to pack her orders or a gift for his mum with long hair.
