Good morning,
I went to fit the Ottercase onto my S21 Samsung and it is slightly too small to fit. I looked at a few YouTube clips to make sure I wasnt doing anything wrong but it is too small unfortunately.
Can we get it changed?
Kind Regards
Julie

You would need to ask the seller
Was this listing accurate?
Did you buy the correct case for the phone?
Does the seller accept change of mind returns?

You are on the public forums.
1) If the seller has sent you the wrong item, then you need to open a dispute for "Item not as Described".
If the seller wants it back, they will need to send you the postage upfront, or refund you.
2) If you have made the error, then it is not financially advantageous to send the item back, especially if the seller is registered overseas (tracked postage costs a bomb). Even if the seller accepted a Change of Mind return, you are still responsible for getting it back to them.
It would probably be cheaper to purchase from another seller, or even better - go into a shop and purchase directly.

Apart from what has already been said, if it was really cheap it could be fake.
Phone cases seems to be a field with a lot of knockoffs.
Should this be the case, you can of course open a case (as already suggested).
What is the seller's feedback?
