It happens in a lot of other categories too, not just clothing. I've seen it where the seller offers different quantities that can alter the price dramatically, or they offer an extra feature that doubles the price, but it's not an abuse of the system in those cases.
This particular listing is a definite abuse of the system and I'm almost tempted to buy the shirt and then do a claim for not as described when I don't receive the coat that's described in the title and the description.
