I put a lock on my mail box yesterday as Australia post keeps stuffing my parcels in and they are falling out on the ground or half hanging out so easy for someone to steal.
So today I hear the mail lady and go out and what's she doing writing a collect card. What the my car is in the drive and she didn't even check if I was home.
So as far as I can see they are putting up there prices and lowering there services 😞

and for what it's worth the AP manager and the staff I was talking to on Thursday told me that they are actively working to get their percentage of SOD deliveries that actually captured a signature over the counter above 93% because the stupid scanner sometimes does not ask the employee to get a signature even though it was originally requested..
...just queue gossip though.... 😐

I dont think anybody doubted that info.
So please explain why that info was posted.
Pretty logical stuff.

You are still failing to take into account that many customers have Safe Drop agreements in place with Australia Post.
If this is the case the posties and contractors are quite within their rights to do just that....safe drop the mail wherever it has been agreed with the homeowner.
I have had one for years and it works well as both my contractor and postie are ultra reliable.
😐

Sorry hawker1967 but I work in disability. I look after people over night and have had 150 hour shifts where I am with the person 7 days non stop no breaks that take 2 hour medication so every 2 hours at night I get up. I have been punched kicked and still I stay calm and talk them threw the anxiety, now u are telling me I should be upset that my postie is not doing the job I am paying for. Yes it may be hard but that's the job if it needs to be signed get it signed, if it doesn't fit don't put it in the mail box and if I am home knock on my door.

I did not say that you should not be upset.
I said stop stereo typing and go through the correct avenues to resolve the problem.
