Complete payment of item to have to complete payment again a few hours later.

Hi,

New to ebay and have been making a lot of purchases over the last 3 months. First problem I've had with payment and I hope someone might be able to assist as I've done all the recommendations from Ebay.

As per a normal transaction I won an item however when it came to payment I was asked to change the payment method which I did after following the "can't make payment" help tab from Ebay. Now when I make the payment I have a comfirmation but then after a few hours it requests me to make the payment again and I have tried from multiple platforms without success.

If anyone has an idea what is going on and what to do would be greatly appreciated.

What payent method did you try to use first and what did you change to when you actually made the payment?

What is the item number of the listing?

Thank you for the reply, I have sorted it with the seller as it was my mistake. I saw international shipping however they only supply the USA.
