Contacting real people

Does any body else have a major problem trying to get in touch with real people after wasting time trying to find an answer electronically, continually going round and round in circles, I'm pretty sure I can't be the only one.

Did you go through the Help and Contact link at the bottom of the page?

It is often quicker to ask questions on the boards....the members here are very knowledgable and you get an answer quicker than by waiting on ebay.

I presume you mean ebay people, if so then no I have never had a problem contacting ebay, I use the ring me back option available under the Help menu, as Lyndal says it is often better to ask here on the boards as many board posters have more knowledge and experience than the ebay support staff.
