Ebay need to do something about the millions of products being sold on here that are obviously counterfeit. They don't seem to care at all, probably because the illegal sellers are paying fees. I'm looking forward to the lawsuits when the original manufacturers finally do something about it.

I am sure ebay has had top legal advice.
You're right-lots of counterfeit products.
But ebay has a clause that sellers assume responsibility for their listing.
Plus there is the fact a lot of the counterfeit items are coming from sellers in China and their laws about it aren't the same as here.
Some companies do fiercely protect their brand, others don't. When there are legal regulations in place, ebay seems to stick with them. I can recall a few years back a seller here used material (from Disney brand I think) to make hand made items and those ads were pulled down.
