Customer Service to remove product in cart

I need to cancel a product in my cart (incorrect size) says to contact Customer Service is that the seller or via Ebay itself?

If you have an item in your cart you should have a button or an X to remove the item.

Correction, go to your cart and select "remove" at the bottom right of the cart.

It depends on whether the item has actually been purchased or not - by which I mean the process to commit to buy was completed, but payment wasn't made - this is, for all intents and purposes, purchasing an item on eBay as it is then removed from sale and becomes an order awaiting payment on your purchase history, while the seller is charged the normal sale fees etc, payment then needs to be made to complete the transaction so it will often be automatically in the cart until that happens, or the seller needs to be contacted so you can ask if they can cancel it.
