I purchased a bag from this seller, a month went by and nothing arrived even though we are in the same country, I sent emails asking what was happening and could they please let me know when to expect my product, this seller did not reply to any of my emails. Another month went by and I was about to go overseas to a 3rd world country volunteering as a nurse, I emailed to ask if was likely it would arrive in the days leading up to my departure and again no reply. After being abroad for a month I arrive home to find there is still no package, I contacted the seller and still no reply, so I sent them a final message stating that they had 2 weeks to respond and ifthey ddidn't I would make a case, report to police the theft of my money and leave very negative feedback, which was a road I wishednot to take. I finally received a message from the seller filled with verbal abuse and expressing that they couldn't care less, and couldn't understand why I cared so much. NEVER I REPEAT NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER

I'm sorry that this has happened to you.
However, it has happened because you did not follow the rules and guidelines for online trading safety.
If you paid by a safe payment method, you had 45 days in which to raise a claim for item not received.
You also have only 60 days in which to leave feedback for another member, so I hope that time has not passed.
This isn't something for the police. It's not thseft, it's breach of contract.
You can report the abusive message to eBay.
I hope that your next online trading experience is more positive.

After 3 months OP decided to give them another 2 weeks,well I think that OP might just be out of time to complain! LOL

Why did you wait so long???
If any ebay order does not arrive within about a week or two then it is time to start sending emails to the seller, not wait another month. Time is very important when dealing with ebay problems.
In future do not wait for months for someone to reply. I am very sorry this happened to you.
