Help. I need a translation.
Response to my email 8 to Ebay about a non responding non contactable seller, a wrong invoice, an non payment dispute, non advice from their customer service & a threat that despite it all I'd have to pay.
I was excited when I saw the name "Elise" - finally, I might get someone who could read my emails & I might get a straight answer.
Hopes dashed.
Please, could anyone out there translate for me?!!!!!
HELP!!!!!!

You haven't given us anything to translate however there are certain givens when trying to get help by emailing ebay.
Never ask more than one question about one thing at a time.
When you get a useless, computer generated answer use the reply option to say they have not answered your question and ask it again. Keep it that way, one topic, one continuous dialogue until it is at last read by a person who knows what they are talking about.
Only email them if you absolutely have to, you should find a phone call elicits a better response although you may have to ask to speak to a supervisor.
If your list of problems is about the same transaction then I just wouldn't pay and when you get a non payment strike appeal it, that is usually much easier than trying to fix it without a dispute of some sort.
It says in this book I am reading that by 2065 80% of women will be overweight.
See what a trendsetter I am?
