I had an item sent from the USA, the seller used to use carrier "DHL" and I got package's fine, just recently they changed to "USPS', and an item I bought from them is in Australia and hasn't moved for 11 days, it hasn't been through customs yet either.
When I queried the seller about something they said that the order was sent via DHL and not USPS, I got tracking link fine from "DHL "which is accurate.
Can anyone shed some light on this problem, I'm worried I wont get the item.
(Seller is on Ebay but I bought from their online shop direct)
Aus Post tracking is showing as item still in transit and not in country yet.
I know there are hold ups for international mail at present at present, I read "USPS" isn't sending mail from USA to Aus.

It could be a problem even the chocolate is likely to be banned without an import permit.

I hadn't read your reply to padi yet when I wrote... Yes, I think they will definitely have a closer look. That does not mean they won't approve it, but they like to have a closer look at items like seeds...
