If you didnt order, don't talk to them.  Simple.

Very common scam by scammers claiming to be from Ebays "Fraud Department".

Do not engage with them - another person on these forums ended up giving them her personal information and is now vulnerable to having her bank account emptied and a target for identity theft issues.

If the number is not in your contacts, don't answer it. If the caller is genuine, they will leave a message.
