Nope
If what you get is not what you bought you open and follow through with an item not as described dispute
You do not need to send eBay photos, you do not even need to contact them
If the item is not as described and the seller wants it back, THEY pay postage
I have no idea where you came up with the things you have, but nope nope nope
No scam, no trick, simply buyer failing to follow the correct process
All of which you have been a member more than long enough to know
And given the horrid feedback of recent sellers you have chosen to support, no wonder you have an issue
This is a member to member forum, you will need to contact eBay yourself and give them your feedback

Did you open a case for Item Not As Described and not just a return?
If you open a case the seller has no choice - they have to provide a postage label for the return if they want it back.
Please read up on the ebay Money Back Guarantee.
