Why are we not permitted to Name & Shame?
If I perceived a threat that is real enough for the police why not ebay???
I and many people bought an item intended for a Christmas gift, yet from this item a waterfall of non-receipt claims began popping up. It was not possible to forsee that this seller was dishonest and stealing my money.
I agreed to close the PayPal claim as the threat i perceived was very real and intimidating.
PayPal and ebay are not concerned with illegal acivities of sellers and these discussion boards have appeared to be a place where others attack you for voicing concerns.
I wanted to share this experience with others to be attacked further.
