I recently purchased an Ab Circle pro exercise machine (251258943636) which the seller took photos of a genuine one assembled and also uploaded a photo of the receipt. What i received was a fake cheap Chinese made item. I have taken the steps to get a refund and am waiting a reply..... I have also noticed that this seller is selling the same product again ( 251264439894) so there are other people receiving cheap dodgy equipment thinking it is the real genuine article. This needs to stop. when I contacted the seller, they argued that the product is the one assembled, but it is clearly not the same.

Well I have sent the item back through a proper courier and with tracking. Now waiting on PayPal to refund!!! What a process!!! Funny that I looked at the guys feedback in regards to the other fake products he's selling and to my disgust the buyer of those 2 AB circle pro's actually is the seller himself. Now I'm no idiot but when the user name is abbreviated from is actual name it doesn't take a genius to figure that out!!!
Karma will get this guy and bite him in the balls!!!!

Yes i have sent tracking number to paypal. Have to wait now on the seller agreeing it has returned. Being sent by a courier he should have the item back by now, but still waiting for my money!!!!!

What do you mean by 'sent tracking number' ?
Depending on how you funded the payment,it can take several days for the refund to show up ie if you funded it via your credit card,it make take up to 5 working days before it bounces back depending on who you bank with.

Payment was sent through my Paypal account originally. This guy is really getting on my goat, I see by checking the seller of the ab pro through his other ebay id (check feedback and look at the buyer of the other 2) (fladders) and see that he has in fact received the item and again selling it misrepresented!!!!

Yes, you used paypal, but how did you fund the paypal payment? Did you use funds in your paypal account, funds from your bank account or funds from your credit/debit card? Funds from your bank account or paypal account will go back to your paypal account almost instantly but funds from your credit card will take up to 5 days to appear back in that account.
It is not enough to give paypal a tracking number.....I asked you if you uploaded the paperwork. You need to upload (or fax) a copy of the document that shows the seller's address that the item was sent to so paypal can see that you have sent it to the right address.
I am not sure how you can say that the seller is reselling the item you sent back....he did "win" two of his original items so maybe he is selling those.
