Do Ebay not have online support anymore?

Yes, under the Customer Support link at the top select the contact tab then select which topic you want to ask about and you will be given the details to phone ebay, to have ebay call you back or to chat with someone on line.

Thank you - I found the me ringing them, them ringing me and email but no contact online?  Have I missed something?  I used to love that option.

Once you hover over your selected reason,eg:  Buying,Selling or My account you need to click on a few

different options to bring up Chat with us,(Live Help).

Eg: How to pay for items works after selecting Buying.

Don't worry about it if it's not the reason you are trying to contact them as they will ask you why you are contacting

them.

Most of the paths you can choose avoid online support. But using chrome, select "contact ebay". Then hover over "Selling" then hover over "fees for selling" then click it. I find that's my quickest route to online support. Go one step further and then bookmark that page and now you have a quick click link.
