Don't BUY A BATTERY FROM certain seller

THERE BATTERY WONT LAST SO DONT BUY , THEY DONT REFUND OR CONTACT YOU BACK , I HAD 2 BATTERIES BOTH ONLY LASTED FOR 2 MONTHS , THEN SAYS PLUGGED IN BUT NOT CHARGING . WONT REFUND MONEY .

1. All caps is considered shouting.

2. Bolded all caps is plain rude. We are not the ones you have an issue with.

3. Naming and shaming is prohibited. Expect to see the seller's name deleted shortly.

4. You have a 45 day window from date of purchase to claim from Paypal. Not a day longer. if your batteries lasted 2 months, then you are out of time and possibly out of luck.

Have you - determined whether of not they are a registered company. You would then have recourse through Fair Trading?

                     pulled their contact details and rung them?

                     used the email address I believe you get when you complete a transaction?

A few ideas. None of which involve shouting.
