I purchased 8 items and did not receive any of them. finally refunded the first item purchased on shopping list so eBay in its wisdom deletes all the other item saying the matter is finalised. I had no option to repond to eBay to say NO the matter was not settled. I had no option to repond to eBay to say NO the matter was not settled.
I believe this is a calculated scam by some sellers where the purchase price is small , not to send items. A few thousand $1 items not sent and they make a few thousand dollars. Especially if eBay only requires one item off a list to be refunded and srub the rest.

May I just ask if you opened one request, or eight (one for each item purchased)? I realise it's likely a single payment was made for all items, but often ebay will consider each item an individual transaction, and this may well carry over to purchases (I also know in the past eBay have advised a request needs to be opened on each individual item, so just wanted to check whether one case was opened / closed, or eight opened, one resolved, seven closed).

If you paid with Paypal open item not received claims for the rest. You have a long time from purchase for that. Paypal claims are separate from eBay.

Using the Shopping Cart has nothing to do with an Item Not Received dispute. Even if you paid for each item seperately there is nothing to say that the seller will send them all.
As alredy said....open a dispute in paypal for the rest of the items.

First off, you can't name and shame in the forums. The mods will remove the name when they see it. Second, if you paid for the items separately, the seller may well have sent them separately. Sellers will do that so they don't lose their seller protection in the event something goes wrong. As they are coming from Malaysia, the items may have been held up in transit for some reason. Possibly held by customs until they check the contents of the packages.
How long ago did you buy them? It can take 2-6 weeks to come from Malaysia. Did any of them contain lithium batteries or anything else that would get customs attention?

Feedback left for the OP from seller is 'during the last 6 months'
Seller has 292 negs and 188 neutrals for the last month alone.
I would've run a mile rather than buy from them

Yeah, I nearly gagged when I saw the negs for the last 12 months, let along the last month.

The biggest compaint was eBay just accepted the refund of just one item and deleted the whole basket from my account witth a message saying "dispute finalised" Why not ask me if its finalised?
My bad in that I only looked at the displayed seller history and not the recent history. Won't make that mistake again.
I did not pay for the items idividually, it was one Paypal payment.
I can't open a dispute on the other items eBay has removed them from my account..
I think 6 weeks from anywhere is a reasonable time to conclude the items are not coming.

Well what do you know. Paypal just advised the balance of purchase has been refunded.
Goes to show sometimes name an shame does work.

Hahahaha Do you think Paypal or ebay read these boards?
