A item I received was crushed, I purchased it as a collectors item to put away for a few years and to then resell. The condition of the packaging now makes the item worthless. I notified e-bay who finally agreed I should get a refund but they keep sending me different messages via email, some say to return and some to wait for a shipping label. I can't believe how many times they have put this matter on hold until a certain date, this date goes and nothing happens apart from again being put on hold until another date. I have now received a total of 10 emails. The cost of sending the item back from Australia to Germany is $46.10 which I know is excessive but I can't change our postal system.

Have you rung ebay or only emailed ? I would call them if you haven't already.
