The reason you need to purchase any products from a store is the fact that you get someone to manage a complaint for a faulty product. People are selling products that are only going to last 3 to 4 months before becoming faulty and you have no way of getting any response from the seller. These sellers are just crooks.

If you buy from a business registered in Australia and an authorized reseller you will have a warranty for the product you buy.

Don't buy from sellers who are not authorised to sell or resell the brand if you want a warranty

Don't keep them in business and then complain they are still in business 

Same with a seller who has red dot after red dot for feedback

And sellers registered in China with 'unbranded' or knock off electrical items

Buyers have all the power

A shame so few can be bothered to use it
