Toll should have been notifying customers days ago.
Toll went 'pear shaped' Thursday 30th January but it took a while to inform the world. Our deliveries just turn up at random and the couriers are struggling with pieces of paper. Imagine if this happened to Australia Post...

This includes securely bringing back functionality, as well as historical shipment and tracking data.
