Anyone tell me how to bundle more then 1 item at a time so you dont have to pay extra postage on other separate items from the same seller......

You either read the listing to see if seller combines postage or you ask the seller if they offer a combined postage discount.

So, then you buy the items individually.
Once they are all purchased, you go to My Ebay > Purchase History and click to pay the first one. It should combine them all onto one Invoice, but the postage will be too high. Click on the link on that page that says something about "Request Payment Total"
Then wait until the seller send you the revised invoice.

But remember, seller does not have to combine or give you discount. Sometimes it is cheaper to send small items individually as "large letters" than bundling them into one parcel which then has to be sent at parcel rate.

Or you may find that the postage combines automatically at checkout because a lot of sellers have automatic postage combining rules set up.
But whatever you do, don't pay until you have bought all of the items.

Something I have found (not on this ID) is that when a buyer buys multiple items and only one of them has 'free postage' they sometimes expect free postage if everything is sent in one package.
When I buy multiple items from one seller I would think that only the highest postage charge would be applied so long as actual postage does not exceed this amount. But, as advised already, check with the seller first.
There have been many posters who post threads saying that they asked about combined postage and the seller said 'Yes, I do combine Postage" only to find themselves being charged postage on each item as the sellers idea of combined postage is that everything is sent in one satchel/parcel. The question you ask should be phrased "How much would postage be if I bought items XXXXX, YYYYY and ZZZZZZ?" rather than "Do you combine postage?"

And you get "some" (usually now the minority) who will happily bundle them all into one parcel, which costs less to post than any one of the items was charged, and still pocket postage from each item.

A few years ago I placed the refund (a few dollars) inside the package, in an envelope taped onto the invoice/packing slip. Then I sent the buyer an email saying to make sure to watch out for the money in there, and that I was pleased I was able to find a cheaper way of sending it for them.
The neg that I copped read something to the effect that I ripped them off in the original postage quotes in the listing. ๐

The purchase you make includes the postage cost, so unless you ask beforehand there are some sellers that will happily pocket the extra postage and send in one parcel.
While it isn't compulsory I reckon it is rude not the pass the postage savings on to the buyer, postage prices are bad enough now days.
On the rare occasion I have asked and been told they don't combine the postage I just shop elsewhere.
Always ask if you haven't bought from the seller before.
