Many sellers with an address in Chullora are actually registered in China, so the items usually come from China.
When did you buy the item? It should be in your purchase history, and if it is less than 30 days from the last day of the estimated delivery, you can open a dispute.
It is strange that eBay says there is no record. Have you given them the correct order or item number?

What do you mean they're not suitable?
If you've simply changed your mind, that's one thing.
If they are defective, that's another.
If they are defective, you don't need to contact the seller or Ebay - just open a case for Not as Described.
Go and look in your purchase history and you can filter by year (if I remember correctly), so if you bought them in 2021, you should see the purchase. However, if it is more than 90 days since purchase, the transaction is archived.
There are secondary steps you can take if it is more than 90 days, but it will depend on the reason they are not suitable.

Use the dropdown menu to find purchases older than 60 days...
PS: What is the item number?

If only eBay would display a Money Back Guarantee on listings & show how to use it...
... oh wait!

How many do you get for that price? Last time I was at Bunnings, they had face shields on the special's table for 20c each. They couldn't get rid of them. While masks are beneficial in public, face shields are really only beneficial in the health care setting.
That's a very long sentence you posted. I struggled to make sense of what your issue is. Maybe try again if no one here is answering your issue.
