Fake Guess bag

Hi all,

I need the advice regarding the bag I purchased. I am pretty sure it is a fake, but how to prove it? I've  contacted the seller, but so far she hasn't responded. I am after the refund and after reading some comments on internet it is really hard to prove the authencity of the bag? What should I do?

As you say the trick is to get it in writing that it's fake from an authorised reseller or original company themselves.

Once you have that it is not so difficult to win a PayPal claim, provided you paid via PayPal.

But you need to open the case before the 45 day deadline expires.
