Ok I know I am entitled to have this feedback removed because it is a false positive (I have another account but this my buying one) but take a look at the feedback I have received and the feedback they ALWAYS leave for others.
"Buyer did not pay for item, waited 5 days sending polite messages no response".... I won the auction on 15/3/13, paid 16/3/13 it is now 17/3/13 and she claims she has messaged for 5 days?
Do I have enough reason to cancel my transaction? Honestly I do not want to deal with this person. I routinely check feedback on sellers but rarely check their feedback left for others.

Almost certainly the result of using a false pos comment and not realising that leaving auto comments could replicate it.
I have no sympathy for them, if they had not left a false pos in the first place it wouldn't have happened.
I should imagine if even a tenth of those buyers report the false pos feedback they will find their compliance rating so low they may be suspended from selling.

ohhhhhhhhhhhh errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr... see make one naughty rule breaking comment and it comes back to bite you in the 6um x25!!
I see 30 & if all those buyers report that seller to ebay-irrespective of what has happened-I'd say they'll be NARU.

It looks like the original false positive was left for another buyer on the 16th.. Incidentally when you check the buyers feedback there are two more false positive left by another seller.

Where's catspjs? I'm this would be of interest to an advocate of false positives.

No comment, it would appear I am not allowed to comment on such matters:^O
I think the word I would use is "Karma" should I be silly enough to comment.:^O

Ok as an update.... the seller has gotten in contact and explained it was the auto feedback that got sent out to everyone as someone above had said may have been the case.
So all is well that ends well I guess.

How is she going to explain that to 30 people AND ebay AND expect to not get negged until the cows come home AND not end up NARU.;\
I think its far from ended & hasn't even started IMO.
