False and misleading advertising out of Hong Kong

I have noticed that some of the seller in Hong kong that are selling Flip PU Leather Wallet Card Case Hard Cover For Apple iPhone 4 4S say Buyit now Au1.00 but when you go in to pick the color and case the price goes up to around Au3.99.

Has anyone else noticed this as false and misleading I thought Buyit now at the first price is what you should pay but that doesn't happen here.

It's not false or misleading. Ebay allow these listings. I have multi listing where the XXL prices are dearer than the XS sizes. Lots of aussie sellers have them.

It should. Contact the seller and find out what is happening and find out the real price.

you mean like this one. The first price that is shown is 4.98 that is for the black 4S, if you choose a different colour or phone it's $5.49. totally allowable
