Just checked your feedback. From the look of it you are doing an excellant job in a difficult market segment. Feedback problems would vary from catagory to catagory and your target market. I imagine used games to teenagers and young adults could be a difficult catagory to keep clients happy.

Why would you make that up Boris ? .. i have left only a few negatives out of 176 purchases and there is no place for you to access that data anyway .. so why the erroneous statement ?
Penny, anyone can see your "feedback left for others" if they click on your feedback..................

apologies to Boris .. yes you can see the feedback given stats - if you do look carefully at mine 5 out of the 6 negs are for the one seller from whom i brought 5 packs of seeds .. none grew ... (viola and should have easily) .. so no i havent had especialley bad luck but what sellers must consider that if regular buyers are put off by experiences like i have just had .... prices will drop .. ebay runs on trust

I didn't make anything up, but you do seem to have a lot of bad luck with sellers and I am a fan of Etsy.

I don't see why you would take offence as you obviously feel that you have had enough bad experiences to make the decision that you won't buy from Ebay again.

COULD SOME SELLERS HAVE ADVANTAGES OTHERS DONT ? I suspect ebay do look at the volume of business a seller has along with thier previous history. If thier scores for postage time & cost, item description and communication are in the 4.9,s with high pos. feedback scores and high stock turnover, ebay are more likely to treat them with respect than low turnover clients with average feedback scores. If these sellers can present a fair and reasonable case, ebay does tend to give them a pretty fair go. This does not excuse the sort of bad experience you have had and I doubt that ebay would act against you, had you not mentioned the dispute case in the feedback.

Hi
Here is an example for you.
Here are my DSis over the last 12 months
tem as described 4.94 0.23% (3)
Communication 4.95 0.23% (3)
Postage time 4.95 . 0.23% (3)
Postage and handling charges 4.97 0.08% (1)
There is no way that i have had any favors done for me by EBay
3 Neutrals that most likely should have been removed because of things outside of my control,But i still got stuck with them.
This is my my point,Based on opinion,But we all have different opinions.
If a buyer does not contact the seller and give the seller a chance tomake things better,Lets face it we all make the occasional blunder.
Shold that buyer be allowed to leave a Neg Or Neutral Feedback?
