Ebay say that a polite, factual negative feedback left for a seller, which they now admit should not have been removed by them,

cannot be re-instated.

Has any buyer managed to get deserved negative feedback re-instated after incorrect removal?

Yes, I have.

I just rang and asked why it had been removed as it was factual and not abusive.   It was reinstated while I was on the phone, along with my reply to their followup.

The seller managed to get my reply removed again and ebay would not reinstate it a second time.
