So I bought a mask about a week ago. After a couple of days, I realised that I forgot to add my street address.
However i did type in my name, mobile number, suburb and postcode.
The item is shipped and should arrive around this or next week.
I asked the seller for the tracking number and there was none.
How will i know if my item arrives?
HELP!

I'm guessing you've already done this, but you can double-check the postal address provided to the seller either by checking the PayPal receipt (if you paid that way) or clicking on the 'View order details' link next to the item in your purchase history.
Where is the item coming from? If it's an overseas purchase, you may have time still to contact Australia Post and try to put in a redirection of some kind, or if not, they may still be able to locate the article if you can provide all of the addressee details.
EDIT: If it was an overseas purchase, there might be a customs number the seller can provide, which will help Australia Post locate it (customs numbers generally aren't trackable via Aus Post, but if they have a barcode, they are often still scanned and there'll be an internal record of the package, if in Oz).

You should contact the seller directly.
It seems very unlikely they would have posted it to you without having your address.
You will know if your item arrives 😉

The seller told me to ask the Post.
And like i said, i didn't type in my street name, so i doubt i'll be getting a card on my mailbox saying that my item has arrived.

Apologies, I misunderstood/misread the situation. Best of luck.

Yes, I checked and my street address isn't there.
The item is from China. And thanks, I will try to contact Australia Post ASAP.
