Got a weird problem that I can't work out. so I bought something using the GSP it shipped to the Global shipping centre fine, left it with a slight delay, this is where the weird started. I first received an APG tracking number, popped that into the tracking system on their website all good. The tracking number then changed when I go to my purchase history, popped it into AGP's website, all works. I then checked the other tracking number, it still works too, they're only 1 digit different and are definitely tracking for 2 different things, both are showing as being in Sydney right now. Has anyone experienced anything like this before?

No. I would be unlikely to use the GSP.
Generally, once items leave Erlanger, the tracking shows the current (FedEx) tracking. Maybe it was incorrect and has been amended.
I would worry if the item doesn't arrive in a few weeks, depending on what the tracking says then.

APG or AGP?
If it's APG (APG eCommerce Solutions) that's Australia Post Global who have taken over from FedEx the management of GSP parcels to Oz once they leave Erlanger. Have you tried either of the numbers in Aust Post's MyPost?
If they work (either or both) I wouldn't be too concerned at this stage, though is it possible your purchase has been split into two parcels?
