Good Morming Ebay. I am querying a missing item from  with no luck. Messaged the company three times now and not even a reply. Bought & Paid on October 27th and no trace of said item that was guessed to arrive weeks ago. The company are not interested in me contact.  I cannot type this in your text bracket, it only allows a line and cannot email ebay!

No use emailing eBay either, it is a pointless bot automated service

Nor are you allowed to 'name and shame' here. as you agreed to when signing up

What you did need to do was open an item not received dispute and follow through with it within the time limit

No need to mess around doing anything else

Ebay do not read here.  We are only buyers and sellers like yourself.  If your item hasn't arrived, wait a while if it is just a little overdue,  especially this time of year.  Then select "help" from the main eBay page, and follow the prompts.
