MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT SAYS PAYMENT HAS BEEN CLEARED BUT EBAY ACCOUNT SAYS IT IS STILL PROCESSING. IS THIS SELLER GENUINE OR WHAT. IT SEEMS THE SAME SELLER HAS THE SAME ITEM LISTED BUT UNDER DIFFERENT SELLER ID'S

There might be a delay in the payment being shown as paid on ebay .  If PayPal has the payment as cleared then that's fine.

Lots of sellers use different ID's to sell on , similar items or a variety of similar and others . Nothing wrong with that . If their feedback reflects a lot of issues then I'd be cautious .

I checked the listing you purchased and that is all they sold , in their listing they have a direct link in their images that takes you to their online website where they have these items for sale so I'm wondering if they are actually located in Australia .

Anyway you have paid with PayPal so have Buyer Protection , someone with more knowledge on this might be of more help then me 🙂

thanx for the feedback guys. the weird thing is in an email they sent me it stated that my item had been sent. and they had sent the same email to another buyer whose email ad was included with the email they sent me. and she is having the exact same problem. ebay gave me the contact details for the seller who is listed as being in victoria. the phone number listed started with the area code 02 which i am sure is sydney, but when i erang the number i got put through to a skype phone in china. the other thing is, the email said the item has been sent but today ( 3 dec 2013 ) i get an email stating that my item will be sent tomorrow. the tracking number they gave me is from china post and it doesnt show up on the tracking system.

Some phones in Victoria have the area code 02 as well.
First, you should question why the seller has sent the item from China when it states that the item is in Victoria when sold.
Second, if it's sent by China post, I find tracking to take a few days to update (4-5 days). I would keep a close eye on your parcel. As others above have mentioned, you have buyers protection so if you haven't received anything in 3 or so weeks then open up a claim.
