If it is the item you purchased on the 13/1 then you may have to be a bit patient.

The dates given on ebay are only an estimation and usually very wrong.

I would wait at least another week before even thinking of taking any action.

I have just noticed that you are registered in Canada.

Postage to Canada may be quicker or it may be slower than to Australia where you have asked your question.
