Have opened a parcel today which is something I have never purchased. Should be an easy solution but there is not one.
Shipped throught GSP our friends Pitney Bowes UK . Was a small parcel so no original address details as Aust Post has placed a big sticker over them which I cannot remove to see the details underneath.
Trouble is I am waiting on 10 parcels so cannot work out which one this should be if it is the wrong item. Have done a search on sold items for this particular piece with little joy.
There is a sender address details so I have been through all my UK payments to see if I could find the name. No luck there.
I am guessing it is a stuff up from Pitney Bowes and they have affixed the wrong detials on the wrong parcel.
Anyone have any easy ideas how I can find the seller of this item and let them know I have their item. To work out which one I am missing I guess it is wait and see which item does not arrive.
I will photograph all details of this for my records if the missing parcel is said to be delivered.
Be grateful if anyone has any further ideas that I have not covered above.

It always amazes me the lack of ebay invoice/picking slips that sellers put in overseas shipments. Bring on the crystal ball. I never ship without one so buyers know where it came from and ebay listing number etc. Senders address won't get you anywhere unless their name is similar to their seller id.

Senders address may help as this has been provided to ebay who can easily locate the person and ID
