Having trouble having live chat with Ebay or even communicating with them

I am trying to pay for an item that I bid for and won the bid. It is a 1955 missal. I cannot seem to pay for the item and there is a meesage saying" We noticed a problem. Please review: your items.??? What does this mean? I have purchased items recently before? I have money in my account? What is wrong? Why is it difficult to contact Ebay? Regards Peter

Can you put up the item number please.....it is difficult to say what the problem might be without seeing if the seller has any conditions that may invalidate your transaction.

Does the seller post to your location?   Do you have a PO Box as a delivery address....some sellers will not post to PO Boxes?

Not sure if ebay CS work on easter weekend and it's Good Friday so how bizarre is that?

Is this the same item as your other thread about having trouble paying?

If it is a different item abd a different seller, maybe check your account as it would seem likely something is'nt right there
