I bought two sets of sox (6pc in each set) from a seller I've bought from before with no problem. When the package arrived (500g satchel) there was only one set of 6 sox in it and it was a tight fit. I messaged the seller and received a very friendly and helpful reply admitting her error and promising to send the other set as soon as possible. I messaged her on Friday and she said she would send on Monday. It's been 2 weeks, and I haven't received the rest of my order.
I messaged her on Friday 21st October, and asked her for the tracking number as I hadn't received the parcel, but as to date no reply.
I paid with Pay pal, so how should I tackle the part refund? Post was inclusive for each set.

Open a Not As Described dispute in paypal....it may prompt the seller to send the rest of your order without the need to escalate to a claim.
