How have you tried to ask questions?

Through the listing or their feedback page?

How are you aware that the system is not working (ie - do you get a message?)

Is there a chance that you may be blocked by this particular seller?

Do you know if it is likely that you have 2 unpaid items against your name?

Matilda, we are just members like you, not ebay staff.  We cannot contact a seller on your behalf...neither can ebay for that matter.

You will just have to keep trying to contact the seller.

Have you tried asking a question through the listing itself?
