2 month ago I purchased a brand new photo camera Panasonic Lumix and it  s stuck that I cannot close or open or use any function.

I did send a seller a msg but I would like to have email address to contact him personally

Unless the seller is an Australian registered business you have noguarantee whatever the listing said, if they are then you can try Fair Trade. You can do nothing through ebay after that length of time. Presumably you paid with Paypal so you can try opening a dispute through them, if that doesn't work and you funded the payment with a card you can try a chargeback.

If you paid with Paypal you will have the seller's email address. It will be where the money went. Go to your Paypal email receipt (if you still have it), or into your Paypal account and the transaction history.

Try Google for help with the specific issue and the model it is, in case it is a known issue with a fix.
