Help! Why cant I use my USED tab ? I am not looking for new goods

Are you trying to list Used goods for sale?  If the option is not available then you probably can't sell the item secondhand....you can't sell used nappies or swimwear for example.

It would be the same with buying...if the option is not there then you can't buy used goods in that category.

No, I am trying to buy .....I usually look for used goods in home and garden within 25klms of my postal code and had even saved my search because I look every day .....but now my used tab is useless 😞 I don't have the time to go through all the new goods just to see a few used items .

How do you know it is useless?  It might just be that there are no new listings....it is a rather limited search criteria.

I thought that the option of a certain distance from your postcode was no longer available?

I can look at items at 25 k from my postcode but I have to be more specific than 'home and garden' to use the "used" tab.

Such as 'garden' will let me do "25 k" and "used"

zelly it is there but well hidden, once you choose your options you will see something such as 'make other refinements', click on that, then click on location, then choose the one that lets you put in a distance.
