Hi, Does anyone have the terms n conditions for the latest 15% voucher ?

Once the voucher is redeemed, it appears you can't see T&C's.

 

Long story, bought something and Paid by PayPal using the voucher code.

All fine except had my PO Box address.

Seller is using GSP and I received 15% off item plus postage.

I sent through my street addy in case PB can't deliver to PO Box.

Instead of refunding payment so I can complete checkout again seller cancelled trans and relisted.

Voucher redeemed, so I call eBay they can give credit after the purchase but not on the GSP amount.

They want me to email the T&C's as they can't see where it says includes postage.

didaway, you're wrong this time. I made a big purchase in August using a voucher and I got the 20% off the postage amount as well as all the items.

Kopes, did you get an email for the voucher, and do you still have the email (either on your computer or in your ebay messages)? I know they sometimes give vouchers without sending an email but it might be worth check your email spam folders if you didn't get one, or your deleted emails in case you did get one but haven't completely deleted it.

I've never seen it where they say they cover postage. It's more a case of them saying postage is excluded when it's not covered, and saying nothing about it when it's included.

I didn't get anything, only noticed the voucher at the bottom of my bidding list with a link to T&C's.

 

Definitely covered postage, being GSP that's why I purchased and I even have the cancelled invoice showing 15% discount off item + postage but because they can't see the refund in PayPal of the postage cost in eBay as it is paid to PB, they will only credit item discount. (PB payments are done seperately and even the seller had to cancel that component seperately)

 

BUT, just had an email response to my last one from what looks like a more senior staff,

 

"I'm sorry for the confusion of the discount amount. I will advise the previous rep to reprocess and correct the amount of the discount credit."

 

Glad someone finally had a look at the screenshots I sent and made sense of it.

Looks like all is back to normal.Smiley Happy
