At first the seller not give me any answer for a good few days . Than I gave the 3 opptions. Now he changing his mind every day.

i just have now idea how to fix that. The item was broken, I made a picture right away and send it to them. them.

offerd a chage, or 25% off or extra buttery and 32Gb memorycard  for free. first the seller agried with the receiver replasment and now he would like me to take it somewhere and repar it.

If the item is not as described and you paid by PayPal within 45 days, to the right of the item under resolve a problem, begin an item not as described case.

You will be asked to return the item by registered mail to receive a refund.

Follow the instructions by PayPal and do not let the seller convince you to close the case until you have a refund.

If the seller is OS and the return postage is not worth paying then call paypal (if you open the dispute and escalated to a claim and told to return) and explain the cost to return the item and they might do the refund anyway.

If the item damaged is too dangerous to return then again call paypal and advise of this.
