Purchase not turned up

I purchase some trousers that have not turned up - a month later.  I contacted seller who said they should, and then has not communicated with me

if u paid my paypal contact them ASAP and report item not recieved so u can get either a refund or new ones sent out depending on the solutions offered

presume you have checked at your POffice in case the parcel is sitting there awaiting pickup and the postie forgot to card it

Open a paypal dispute for non receipt immediately, if item doesnt turn up in a few days, the escalate the dispute to a CLAIM to get your $$ back from Paypal. You only have 45 days from payment to open a dispute so do it now.
