Hi 13debih , sorry to hear of your dilemma. You should do what crow333crow  suggested, and then contact seller to say what you have done. In a similar situation, I have contacted a seller saying  .. .. .. .

"Hi there, again I would like to state: The item wasn't as described, please can you do the right thing by me!. Many thanks"

No idea why you're asking as you've had this issue before and you left a positive with a negative

comment for the seller. Sounds like you know what you're doing after 8 years of buying on ebay-not.
