But be aware it is very risky and gives you no protection if there are any issues 

Also, if the seller is registered in China, do not buy at all 

The heaters will not be to Australian standards and a huge fire risk putting yourself and those around you in real danger

You will need to see where the seller is registered, NOT where the item is located.

If they are Australian, you can pay via transfer (if offered) but it is not a recommended method of payment as Ebay cannot track it and it offers you zero security in the case of a dodgy seller.

You should also double check their feedback to see if there are any red flags.
