Hi,
Anyone has a direct customer service email address? My problem is unique and the automated system doesn't allow me to open a case. The purchase has gone bad for more than 45 days because the seller was taking his time to resolve this issue. When I realized that he is not genuinely keen to settle the case, it was already past the 45-day period. PLEASE HELP!

Hi,Im having a similar problem ,everytime i send a email to resolve a problem i get a reply saying the adress is no longer valid,then they include a link,i sent the email there ,and get the same email.
