How can I discuss my purchase problems . eBay is not contactable and I need to discuss with somebody

eBay doesn't seem to care about buyers who don't use PayPal because of Internet security problems.

i have been scammed by a seller and I can't notify eBay and get advice..

I have problems that are simulare, I bought with pay pal but the seller only sent one of two items, now i cant get intouch with ebay to rectify this problem and get a refund. It is apparent to me that sellers can get away with this. Ebay have a responsebility towards there custumers not only the sellers.

If you paid with paypal open the dispute there.....it is a lot better than ebay anyway.

Use the item not as described option...you did not receive part of the order.  If you use the not received option you will lose the dispute if the seller has a tracking number for the item you did receive.
