Unfortunately I don't think you can. But it doesn't hurt to contact them since I don't know the circumstances - you never know they might help or suggest another way of dealing with the issue. Good luck!

unfortunately, it is not ebay but PayPal you need to contact within the 45days to get a dispute resolved, and then you have another 20days to escalate it to a claim

paypal are quite clear in your payment confirmation email that the limit is 45 days, after that there is very little you can do

ebay allow you 60days to leave f/back, are you outside that timeframe too??

If you go and post over on the Community Spirit board for a bit, chances are pretty high that you will get a reply from Lithium, the company whose software eBay uses.....

That's kinda close.....

Tony, maybe contact the author of this thread and ask what s/he did.

The OP says that they somehow managed to start a dispute with PayPal 4 MONTHS after the date they purchased their item.

Best of luck with it all.

I did, it went to "Under review", however now it just doesn't exist.  So when it comes to Paypal, use the option to pay with your credit card, as this gives you 1 year to dispute the transaction with your credit card company (I use to have merchant facilities and this is what the NAB advised can occur with every transaction).

Sorry for the bad news.
