I read the sellers post descriptions before purchases-they stated/state 'Worldwide', with no exemptions.
I went to make payment and noted that postage charges were seperate for each item and exorbitant and requested a combined postage-over 7 times over the next 7 days. The seller refused to communicate and the post charge/s remained unchanged. On day 7 I received a short message stating : We do not post to Australia.
Opinions please regards my treatment please?!

Thanks catspjs for confirmation............"mmmmmMMMMn!" - yes in deedy! I cannot find such a policy either.
In this instance this seller provided the buyer (me) with a misleading(stating in their postage description that they post WORLDWIDE-then after I/buyer made purchase, refused to sell/combine/adjust invoice to show postage costs to a reasonable and equitable amount then 7 days after transaction - after continued refusal to communicate, messaged a statement that they do not post to Australia!?)..... and most inconvenient transaction experience.
This seller has not followed their binding contract of terms and conditions.
This seller breached their sales contract hence: a state of 'non-selling performance'.
A case for the Trust and Safety team to investigate.
Thank goodness 99.99% of my ebay buying experiences are with honest, switched on, lovely sellers ....and *Yay!* for ebay Customer Support

There is nothing worse than buying from an Intl seller /any seller only to have your messages go unresponded. It infuriates me. Yes yes I get that people arent always at their computers etc etc BUT days & days without response there is no excuse for. If you had time to post your lisitng in the first place then you have time to offer at the very least a basic customer service.
To state that you post worldwide have a buyer purchase on that basis and not fulfil the obligation to the sale should the earn the Seller a holiday IMO.
I do however ask prior to purchase about combined shipping.

the actual cost (i.e. postage) for posting the item
The Item, not items. I am not going to waste time going to look but it also says that sellers can combine items in one parcel and MAY give a discount.

The actual cost of the item.
Every single item. Every one.
In ebays post charges policy - there are no ifs or buts about combined post. No exceptions at all.
Post cost should reflect actual cost.
Never excessive.
